She became Vice President in 1989 and President in 1994. A graduate of NC State University with a Civil Engineering degree, Susie earned her MBA from UNC Charlotte and obtained her Professional Engineer Registration in 1992. She has served on numerous local boards because she believes passionately that our community, like a good commercial facility, should be Strong. Solid. Sure. × Robert Browne is a graduate of NC State University with a degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Option. His solid background in engineering and construction proved a valuable asset when Robert began working for BEAM in 1986 as Project Manager/Estimator. He rose through the ranks to become Vice President in 1989 and Executive Vice President in 1994. Robert obtained his Professional Engineer Registration in 1989. × ​As a key member of the management team, Jason oversees accounting and financial and risk management functions. He also serves as the company Controller, handling the administration of human resources and insurance lines –and the regulatory compliance of both. A magna cum laude graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in Accounting, Jason joined BEAM in 2001 and has been our Chief Financial Officer/Secretary & Treasurer since 2009. × Justin is responsible for successful daily operations at BEAM. He guides the direction of our site-based teams and oversees site safety, asset management and new work procurement. He has been instrumental in incorporating innovative strategies and updating the technology used on the jobsite. A graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in Business Administration, Justin joined BEAM in 2006 as Estimator/Project Manager and was named Vice President of Operations in 2017. ×...
